		<description><![CDATA[I am looking for case law, opinions etc. I am working a case where the husband and wife are charged with felony child abuse and first degree murder. The child was born at 24 weeks and later sent home with oxygen and monitor. During a late night feeding the father does not replace the monitor and the child is found dead about 4 hours later. The basis for the first degree murder is the felony murder rule. I am looking for anything similar.]]></description>
