		<description><![CDATA[Boy, that clarifies everything.  Frankly, I could care less whether the court decided in favor of the State or defendant.  This certainly attempts to decide some legal argument, but I don&#039;t believe it&#039;s &quot;law.&quot;  Law is worthless, IMHO, unless it is clear enough that citizens and the cops can understand what is or is not prohibited-the citizen can then obey the law and the cops can enforce it-and prosecutor can advise based upon it.  I know these cases are fact dependent but an articulable standard would be nice, no matter what the standard is.]]></description>
