		<description><![CDATA[The reason I ask, is various other crimes against minors by adults, such as kidnapping require registration.  It would be consistent to require registration for the above offenses.  I would not be surprised if in the future registration is required for these offenses. 		<description><![CDATA[FINALLY!  A recognition that the unborn have rights too.  I hope this will help those women who are battered by making husbands and boyfriends more aware of the time they can receive by injuring their unborn children.  The most dangerous time of a woman&#039;s life is when she is expecting, this is when she and her baby should be the most protected in society. These laws are a step in the right direction.]]></description>

I have had at least two incidents in the last three years where
GS: 14-23.2 (MURDER OF AN UNBORN CHILD) should have been the charge, but the current laws did not allow for it.]]></description>
