Being a former prosecutor was not going to make her any less liberal once she had the ultimate power.

And don’t go throwing the, “Scalia is not a liberal,” thing at me. Scalia has his reasons for ruling the way he did; the other four are just run-of-the-mill pro-defendant liberals.
